Multiple visits. Dr relies only on blood testing. Charges are excessive for one appt for blood draw & another for results. Refused to discuss day-to-day health issues during yearly Medicare appt. Appears this office would rather do beauty enhancement visits than internal medicine
Called to be seen because I was sick. Receptionist told me I need to be seen at an urgent care to make sure I don’t have Covid before they can see me. If I have to go to urgent care first, I might as well get treated by them while I’m there. That’s the most asinine thing I’ve ever even heard of. The worst is they do Covid testing there so they could’ve tested me if they were so worried about it.
All I needed was a refill on a medication I’ve been on for 2 years and I got the royal run around by her staff. I had to call multiple times, getting nowhere. Unfortunately I left the practice because of the treatment I received for a simple request!
My family we all love Dr. Ainsworth she is very caring and she has compassion for all of her patients. We the Williams Gray family highly recommend her practice! The staff is so professional! The staff knows you by name and they greet you when you come in the office. The atmosphere in this place is so relaxing!
Within moments of speaking with the nurse, I was invited to join her "complementary and alternative" side of the practice, which is all private pay. They also refused to respect some of my choices, such as allowing my husband to accompany me and my desire not to be weighed. I never saw the doctor and walked out before.
She is a very thorough doctor and really cares about her patients. One of the few I have met who is interested in well body maintenance. She discusses health, exercise, etc. Considers herself a partner in your health. Staff is very nice. Office includes a lab technician.
