I saw Dr Nichols for a retainer consultation, the process was very clear and the different options were explained thoroughly. I was recommended the vivera retainers. The 3D scan was excellent and a much nicer experience than the impressions I had done years ago. I have had the new retainers for a month now and couldn't recommend it enough, it fits much better than my previous retainer and feels much more comfortable to wear. I'd highly recommend Dr Nichols, she is thorough, friendly and knowledgable.
I've had a first-rate Invisalign experience with Lucy. I had quite a difficult case with a rotated tooth but she planned the treatment carefully and explained precisely how everything would work. I'm very pleased with the result. As a dentist she has a gentle and professional manner, and I am considering switching practices to have regular check-ups with her.
