I had my first appointment with Dr Lim yesterday, and it was my first time trying acupuncture as well. I have horrible TMJ pain which ultimately is one of the causes of my chronic migraines, which I’ve had for 13 years now. I see a neurologist and take medication, but it doesn’t always help. My lower back pain has also increased now that I’m commuting to Manhattan 5x a week and not making time for other exercise.
