I’m writing this review to warn others about the misleading sales practices at dr. Laser. During a recent visit, I was persuaded into purchasing a facial treatment package after being assured I could “cancel at any time” if I changed my mind. The representative emphasized flexibility and made it sound like a no-risk commitment. Ive been a fan of Dr Laser for years now; they’ve changed the game for my skin. Nadira at the NYC location is my go-to for anything facial. For real, she’s the best. The prices here are also kind of unbeatable. So that’s a win, too. Definitely recommend.
Rude service, dirty facility with hair all over the ground and on the bed/towels where I lay down to get the treatment done.
