Forbes is definitely a genius in her field, the problem is her ability to run a business and her ability to see the human element of that business. I’ve seen her for years, saw great results, but every time I had an appointment I’d be waiting upward of 45 minutes to see her for ten. She’d speak to me in jargon I didn’t understand and often made me feel like a guinea pig and marketed new techniques onto me. Forbes has no compunction about being 30-60 minutes late despite these being pricey self-pay visits (even v. late to video appointments). She will spend your initial consult pitching you other services from other people to pay for. Support (like billing) is a nightmare. I will spare the gory details but long story short, Dr. Forbes and her business are impossible to deal with. You have been warned; it feels scammy.

Made an hour trip to this place from Brooklyn only to get there about 7 minutes late and had to wait a whole hour until I decided to leave due to not being able to wait longer.
