My first visit with Dr. Kwan was on September 2024. I was looking for an NAET provider. I visit her for both NAET and acupuncture. She is very knowledgeable and I always feel better after my treatment. Her business hours are great and her clinic is quiet which is crucial for me in my healing. I highly recommend Dr. Kwan.
Dr. Kwan was pleasant in our interactions by text, but would not directly answer my question about cost and insurance coverage. When we met in person, she came across as critical and abrasive, to the point where I felt uncomfortable. She billed me $125 for the visit and said she would partially refund me when my insurance was billed.
