I'm so grateful to have met Dr Kwan. She is a very gifted healer. I have been going to her for NAET and acupuncture treatments for the past 8 months. My first visit with Dr. Kwan was on September 2024. I was looking for an NAET provider. I visit her for both NAET and acupuncture. She is very knowledgeable and I always feel better after my treatment. Her business hours are great and her clinic is quiet which is crucial for me in my healing. I highly recommend Dr. Kwan.
Dr. Kwan was pleasant in our interactions by text, but would not directly answer my question about cost and insurance coverage. When we met in person, she came across as critical and abrasive, to the point where I felt uncomfortable. She billed me $125 for the visit and said she would partially refund me when my insurance was billed. Dr. Tao is a knowledgeable acupuncturist. She is considerste and listens to the patients concerns. Over the course of several sessions, she has been able to alleviate some of the pain I have been experiencing. I have recommended her to family and friends.
Dr. Kwan is an excellent provider and comes highly recommended. For transparency I am an acupuncturist as well, and when I am stumped on a condition, Dr. Kwan’s wide yet foundational knowledge base has been invaluable. She is a caring, compassionate and trustworthy provider.
