Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I never have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. Very caring office staff. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
