My kids had Dr. Patel since 2002 unfortunately I switched them to a different PCP a few years ago do to the long wait and scheduling issues at this locatin. At that time the front staff were so rude and unprofessional. Now we recently changed back to Dr. Patel I have NOT been able to find a great!! PCP like him. I LOVE Dr Patel . But the changing forever staff isn’t always the best. Did Love Jordan front desk 😍. Now they are hiring FAMILY members that want to argue about when you were last there. I was wrong but she wanted to keep saying OCTOBER. But NO ONE CALLED ME BACK TO SAY COME IN. There were 5 of my Family members going there. They were waiting to see what happened. WELL. I have no idea what the situation is with these patient's but I LOVE Dr. Patel! He is so informative and takes the time to listen. His staff falls short at times, yes, but the doc is worth the it!
