Dr. Bagget is a not a caring doctor AT ALL. After telling him my history and medical problems he denied me medicines that I NEED after giving me a one months prescription..what kind of Doctor perscribes you medicine and them after another visit denies it. He didnt listen to anything I told him and just blew me off. Didnt acted like he even cared about what I was saying.. Barely ever made eye contact and made me feel like there was something wrong with me. DO NOT see him..Horrible horrible horrible!!!
This dentist did not help me at all. Charged me a huge fee for xray. After Insurance. I will never go back to to him. I Was in excruciating pain with cavity. He did nothing. His staff is rude and obnoxious.
I have decided to move my family elsewhere for medical care. I have found Kevin Baggett, M.D. to be very condensending. Some of his staff members are abrasive. I find it disrespectful to hear 20 something employees calling senior citizen patients by their first names. Had a bladder infection, Dr. Baggett gave me antibiotics, got worse over 48 hours and left in very serious pain, called back to office for help, could not work me in before the weekend (Thursday or Friday) and left me hanging. I was in shear misery. Said there was nothing they could do for me at that point. Would not even call in a different prescription of antibiotics to try, knowing that I had an infection and the meds were not working. Fantastic doctor and fantastic office! I switched to Dr. Baggett on a family member's recommendation. For my initial consultation visit (not urgent), I got in within 3 days. As a patient, I've never had to wait for an appointment. They are happy to work me in the same day; even in that case, I've never waited longer than 15 minutes to see Dr. Baggett. Dr Baggett and his staff are very knowledgable and personable. No one has ever been rude to me or my wife. His diagnoses have always been spot on accurate.
I called for an appointment to be told I could not be seen for one week. When I questioned why it would take so long, as I was sick and could get much worse in a week; I was told it was up to the doctor to see me quicker. The person on the phone told me they would talk to the doctor about fitting me in. I was called back one hour later to be told that Dr. Baggett would no longer see me, as I have an attitude and was rude to his staff. In my opinion, asking questions must be frowned upon by Dr. Baggett and his staff.
Alwats able to get same day or next day appts. when needed, never have to wait long and he seems to really listen to your concerns and questions.
Even as a current patient, he would not see me on short notice after an ER visit. I shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to get in after an emergency. Not empathetic to my issues or questions, felt like he gave short answers and wasn't willing to spend much time before shuffling me off to a specialist. Yet he is supposed to be my "primary" care specialist.
