Overweight, obese, high blood pressure, pre diabetic. Something needed be done and she helped me lose 25% of body weight and 10.5” of stomach. Wore 44 pants, 17.5 shirt. Now 34 pants, 15 shirt, blood pressure down 20 points no longer in pre diabetic range. All of this accomplished in a safe way under her guidance.
