I had my appointment July 26th for a birth control consult to get my nexplanon replaced and was told the device needed to be ordered and would arrive in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks pass I called for an update only to be told it actually takes 4-6 weeks for the device to arrive. It is now September 14th, 7 weeks since my appointment and I AGAIN had to be the one to reach out to them regarding the status and was told that they have no information. I had a wonderful experience for my first pregnancy with Dr.Wolfe and her staff. Dr.Wolf has so much experience and is very attentive which makes you feel comfortable through your delivery process. Thankfully I had Dr.Wolfe deliver my baby in December 2018 since she is the most experienced within her staff. The billing department on the other hand is horrible and they send you to collections immediately.

This review is not from a personal experience I've had at this practice, but to make a comment that I was contemplating making an appointment to see Dr. Wolfe on a recommendation from another practice. However, in reading some of the reviews here, I don't think I will take the chance, especially if it's that hard to see Dr. Wolfe herself as a first-time patient and from reading the nightmare experience from the woman who was examined by another doctor and was not only rude but hurt her during the exam. Not good :(
