Kate is warm and welcoming, taking time to delve into issues and working with me to help me feel better. Since I've been seeing her, my general health and energy levels have improved. I really enjoy the treatments, not least relaxing back for 20 minutes, not doing anything. As a working mum, this is time for me :)
