Receptionist was not helpful at all and kept talking over me. Refused to triage through a doctor for my 88 year old sister in law who has high blood pressure for an appointment for the following week as I said she was out of the country on holiday but would be home next day. Impossible to make any appointments. No one ever picks up the phone and the online appointment is pointless as there is never availability. What’s even more ridiculous you can even book 2 weeks in advance! How do you even get to see a doctor! People do have a job to go to!
