I've had nothing but bad luck here. Twice I've had appointments at 930. Once I waited until 1030 several people came in after me went back before me only to finally get to go up and them tell me "oh I thought _____ checked you in. Your name was crossed off". And another time to be waiting over 45 minutes in the front waiting room before being taken back with only one other person in the waiting room, and an hour in the back for me to leave and go to the desk and say it had to be rescheduled as I had to go to work...
