Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a frequent buyer and it is totally unacceptable that they never return calls. They made a huge mistake on my order saying that a shipping label was canceled when it wasn't so I had to reorder everything and then they went and shipped both orders. I am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of responsiveness in resolving this error. This review is prompted by the response I got from a compaint I had on my last order. I have been using this product for years and they have a great selection and taste. My wife loves the Sea Salt Carmel Squares, so I ordered 15 Bags of them.
