I have been a customer of theirs for years and now have a problem. I can't get ahold of anyone there. I've emailed, sent messages through their website, called every number I can find on the internet....no luck! They keep sending my order to the wrong address...I love the candy but this is terrible customer service!! I'm happy to take this down as soon as I am able to straighten this problem out!
Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a frequent buyer and it is totally unacceptable that they never return calls. They made a huge mistake on my order saying that a shipping label was canceled when it wasn't so I had to reorder everything and then they went and shipped both orders. I am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of responsiveness in resolving this error.
