I went to see doctor Chang for my neck and he was very through with what he could do. I explained to him my concerns and he did exactly what I was looking for. The staff is exceptional. I also went back for some flank Lipo. After having done Lipo before with being put under I decided to try the smart Lipo and I honestly wish I would have never done the other Lipo before.
