I had been a patient of Dr. Cargill for several years. I was having a kidney stone and called the office to make an appointment. The receptionist said I could see him in about a month. REALLY! This is how they treat a regular patient who needs medical care. I went to another urologist and I am getting much better care.
Worst patient treatment. I was finally able to make an appointment about a month ago in spite of the fact that the office typically doesn't answer the phone and they "triage phone calls". Today I arrived after driving 40 minutes from Waynesville. Couldn't locate the building within the doctor's office park and of course no one answered the phone. I finally found the office and then was told the doctor could not see me today because he was in surgery. They had made no attempt to contact me. He could not see me later in the da... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Cargill for several years now. He is AWESOME!!!!! I would not consider going to anyone else. He truly cares about my well-being!!
