Dr. Panza is awesome. She listens to problems, comes up with solutions & next steps, and customizes your experience to the type of care you are looking for. I find office visits here pleasant, low stress, and my entire family has had great experiences as well.
I have been a patient now a couple of years after a medical issue wound up in the ER, long story short…by the Grace of God I came here and she has helped turn a medical issue that most other doctors want to throw prescriptions at, into a diet controlled condition that is now a non issue. She takes time to listen, and help you find solutions that work for you. This doctor is how ALL doctors should be - Focusing on the health & wellbeing of their patients. Love this place!
Been a patient for 3 years, Dr. Panza and Susan are just amazing. Prescriptions are handled in minutes and the patient portal is easy to use. They even called to check on me after emergency open heart surgery to make sure I was ok. Dr. Panza spends quality time and really listens. Highly recommend.
I struggled with how I wanted to write this review. On one hand & for the most part, I've had a positive experience as Dr. Panza's patient (approx 4 yrs.). She listened & worked hard to try to tackle my health issues. And, for the majority of the time, she was friendly. On the flip side, after a scheduled visit for a referral to a specialist I was shocked by Dr. Panza's reaction when I asked her kindly & respectfully to change the referral to a specialist I found with much better reviews & reputation. This is an insurance scam or something, I have never been to or heard of this place and they are sending me bills for fake appointments. I have been getting texts for weeks. Luckily I am a lawyer who can defend myself from this type of crap.
