Dr. Chalker, her practice and her staff are excellent in every way.I was a victim of dental abuse when I had to find a new dentist after moving.I wish I had found Dr. Chalker earlier and first!I have had several procedures from her correcting the abuse that was several years old.My wife is now a patient. She had childhood trauma inflicted by a dentist and avoided dentists for years through her adult life until she had to have work. Been good to me. I have no complaints at all
I have been a patient of Dr. Chalker for years and she has always been very thorough and informative. Recently over the weekend I had to call her with a toothache and she went out of her way to help me. I would highly recommend her office.
This is one of the best dental offices I have been to. The staff and doctor are wonderful.
Would NOT recommend. This dentist recommends unnecessary dental work to pay for her lovely office and large staff. Unscrupulous practices.
So at this practice, it makes sense to lose a family of four patients over a $60 misunderstanding. I had a lapse in insurance for family (H.R. mistake at my job, fixed within 48hrs), which was discovered by Dentist at wife's apppintment tge day before my son's appointment. So I did not go to appointment the next day and was charged $30 per child for a total of $60. I explained on day of appointment that I did not technically have INS and would not risk coming in until things were fixed at my jo
I showed up for my appointment only to find that they had cancelled it and couldn't see me for another two months, despite the fact that I have never rescheduled, cancelled, or missed an appointment. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
