Dishonest dentist. Told me I had a large cavity and I needed to get it fixed immediately. When I questioned her, she got irritated that I was asking questions. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and they told me that the cavity is very small and doesn’t need treatment.
I went to Dr. Chalker for a second opinion after being told I needed three crowns on teeth with old amalgam fillings, rather than replacing them with composite. She and her staff were kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I now have a new, more cost-effective treatment plan through Dr. Chalker that I’m excited to get started on. She was also transparent in information that I needed to know about potential future treatment—but nothing was an emergency like the other dentist made it seem. Their service is amazing. My whole family goes here. Dr. Chalker always gets the job done. Would recommend.
They have always had bad communication but I stopped going after finding out they never thought to tell me or check a tooth that needed a root canal. Had to find out through a different dentist that I needed one. They said the pain was from wisdom teeth, but it wasn’t. I got those pulled and the pain ended up coming back. It was so bad the surgeon I went to said that it might not even be able to be saved. As a child, I had a filling for a chipped tooth that came off prematurely too.
