I normally don't leave reviews (especially public ones) but I went into my appointment with Dr. Gray with low expectations based on the poor reviews here. To my surprise - it was a wonderful experience. His appointments were running on time. He is very easy to speak with, compassionate, and took his time to do an in depth exam. He was extremely thorough and kind throughout the process. My grandfather was seen over 6 months ago by Dr. Gray. We still have no medical record of what transpired in this visit, and he has received no neurological or psychological help, advice, or anything from anyone at this facility. In short, Dr. Gray essentially stole insurance and out of pocket money for no work completed on his part, and my grandfathers mental state continues to decline. We are heartbroken by this and extremely disappointed with the service received. Please do not let your loved ones interact with him.

My father was interviewed at Dr. Gray's office for issues with his memory. That was in June, it's now November and we still don't have any information and had asked for it to be delivered to his Doctor for an appointment on September 24. He missed the mark. Called his office again to be told that the results were not transcribed yet. If you can go somewhere else, I would.
