Wonderful experience. Dr. Klosterman his staff, and all the caregivers at Miami Valley North were professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I could not have asked for better care. If you are considering joint replacement hip, knee etc, look no further. Dr K and his team should be at the top of your list. As an added bonus the new Inpatient Miami Valley North facility is leading the region in technical advancements with patient care. Great job everyone, thank you very much!
I have been very pleased with my entire experience from my first visit to my surgery and to my most recent follow-up visit! The staff is excellent and are always available for questions. If the need should arise again - I will go back!
Since you read your reviews, when you treated me so hatefully was a few years back. I waited because I didn't want you to know who I am lest you start telling other doctors about me the way my "family" doctor at the time did when he/she contacted YOU concerning my condition. You were HATEFUL. YOU are the doctor. I was told by the X-ray technician to see a specialist (just in case). You asked ME what I wanted you to do. Oh, how I would love to tell you what led to my review. I asked him a SIMPLE QUESTION about a SPECIFIC fracture. He started SCREAMING at me about how busy he was and he will tell me about fractures. He ASSURED me it wasn't MY fracture, just one similar. He wasted more time telling me what I didn't want to know when all he had to do was tell me what I asked him about. I left in tears and cried for days - I was really hurt. NEVER AGAIN

Thank you for the comment but... Based on the date of this post there a few concerns. I had just returned to work the week prior. I had been unexpectedly off since December due to my own surgery. I was not seeing fractures at that time as I was not covering the ER. In addition, I was recovering from a partial vocal cord paralysis which made it difficult to speak (let alone scream). Please consider who your experience may have been with. Unfortunately, we have no way to refute.
Dr. Klosterman and his staff are wonderful to work with. He had previously worked on my shoulder and recently did a full hip replacement. At all times he and his staff were friendly, considerate and competent. I would recommend him to anyone considering orthopedic surgery. I recently met another patient who smiled when I said Dr. Klosterman’s name. He had repaired her knee, she had a similar experience.
Dr. Klosterman came highly recommenced by a friend who had the same type of surgery I needed. I had a bilateral total knee replacement and I would now highly recommend Dr. Klosterman to anyone in need of surgery.
2 NEW KNEES - Dr. Klosterman performed my bilateral knee replacement one month ago. The outcome is great. The results exceed my expectations. Before surgery I was apprehensive and had 2 pages of questions. Dr. Klosterman took the time to answer each one personally. I tried to follow all of his directions and suggestions, and I am glad that I did! Most important, he proved to be an excellent surgeon.
I had double hip replacement last year. Dr. Klosterman and his staff were fantastic. They provided complete care from start to finish covering all area of concern. Dr. Klosterman is the best in the field and you can feel confident in his ability. Under their care and post OP therapy I was walking and back to work in an unbelievably short period of time. The entire staff are genuinely kind and compassionate. I have recommended this group to others and will continue to do so.
