I have surgery scheduled, and my primary care doctor told me to see an endocrinologist. I made an appointment with Dr. Gelfand. Time is of the essence, and I don't have any time to waste. Two hours before my appointment, I received a call informing me that Dr. Gelfand is no longer seeing patients at this location, and my appointment has been canceled. They wouldn’t give me the number for her assistant or any information to reschedule. This place is unprofessional and a total waste of time. I recommend avoiding them.
