Dr. Richmond is amazing! She has great bedside manner, is attentive and actually cares about your well-being and genuinely wants to help you heal. She has been helping me with relieving the tension and pain in my shoulders and upper back. I would recommend her (and do) to everyone I know who is interested in acupuncture!

As a disabled USMC combat veteran with neck, back and brain injuries, stomach issues and anxiety and depression/ post traumatic stress acupuncture with Dr. Heather Richmond has been nothing but a wonderful experience. She is very attentive, understanding and works miracles with needles! Dr Heather Richmond is amazing...and she takes VA Tricare! She has enabled me to stave off a couple of surgeries through a holistic approach to treating me. I have tried acupuncture over the years and never have I met a practitioner as thorough and in tune with her clients. She spends the time to fully understand what i am going through at the start of the appt is able to sort out exactly will relieve and does it! Thank you Heather

I can finally sleep again!! After trying a number of different treatments for poor sleep--none of which worked for me--I decided to give acupuncture a try. On the night of my first treatment with Dr. Richmond I slept like a baby! Since then, she has been my go-to practitioner. Pain is the other issue Dr. Richmond has helped me with. Dr Heather Richmond is a rare diamond in the ruff. She never rushes her patients. She is always patient and listens to all questions and gives complete information. The entire atmosphere in the office is one of calm and peace. It is a pleasure to be in there. She has been very helpful with my needs and continues to fine tune areas that continue to be a problem.
