The massage itself was good however the staff member doing it left the room when the bell at the desk was rung to book an appointment for someone else, she then continued to answer the phone and stop the massage 3 more times! By the end of it I was ready to up and leave as it was far from the ‘relaxation’ experience I had booked and paid for.
