Highly unsatisfied with Exceptional Health. Their website promotes a money back guarantee - however I have been contacting them via e-mail requesting someone contact me for almost a year. I paid over $600 for a medically supervised weight loss program which I followed verbatim and I gained weight. Then I paid $1,000 for the Ultra-Slim Redlight package - that also offers a money back guarantee and lost ZERO inches. No one will call me back - I am out $1,600 - someone should honor their promise.
