Dr. Yuen helped me in so many ways! I am so glad that there is a place in Ohio where I could do supervised fasting. It is one of very few places in the US where fasting is supervised by qualified medical professionals. I did labs before coming and had check ups every day. A comfortable environment for prolonged water only fasting. Dr. Gracie is excellent and very attentive. Refeeding is simply delicious and satisfying with simple whole plant foods. I've enjoyed a 72 hour fast there and plan to do three yearly fasts ranging from 3 to 5 days. During your fast there is an excellent collection of fasting books and magazines to read. Hunter the cat is great company along with Dr. Gracie and Joan and fellow fasters.

Mar 2024 - Dr. Gracie worked the long-time kink out of my shoulder and mid-back that my regular chiropractor and an osteopath could not fix. She used a high frequency device that really nailed it. Relief! Enjoyed the delicious whole plant food and all the company at her farmhouse as well. While there, I spoke with a couple who were finishing a 14-day water fast and were enthused about returning to their community to share the incredible benefits of water fasts with their friends. I am 73 and widowed. I have been what I thought was extremely healthy. However, my diet was standard American with ample fast food.
