"Dr Geoff" Monsour is not a bariatric physician, and should not be allowed to operate weight loss clinics. His weight loss diet is archaic, and very much lagging behind the current level of knowledge afforded us by leading research endocrinologists. Today, we know that obesity is about Functional Hyperinsulinemia, Leptin Resistance (likely caused by elevated insulin levels), and for some of us Insulin Hypersecretion which appears to be genetic.
