I've been coming here for almost a year because he's the only provider in this town used by CorVel Worker's Comp. Frank sits in his office for hours before seeing patients with morning appointments. The wait to be taken to a room varies from a few minutes to a few hours, and once you get a room you'll wait a minimum of one hour and up to three for Frank to see you. Worst experience with a doctor to date. Would not recommend to even a person I dislike.
This doctor makes all his patients wait 3+hrs for EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT. All these other reviews giving him a 5 star rating are 100% employees of his because I have been there 3 times and Each and Every Time was a HORRIBLE AND DRAINING EXPERIENCE. He doesn’t even deserve the 1 star but it’s the only way to leave this review. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND HOPE. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
Doctor Gonzales did not meet with me in person. ( this is required, for a monitoring exam. ) Dr. Frank is more interested in establishing his Tele-Med business then meeting a patient in person. Dr. Frank changes desk personnel like he changes shoes, daily. Because, my blood samples were not delivered to the lab in a timely manner by his New Help, I had to schedule another blood draw.
Excellent; Dr. Gonzales and his staff worked to get my needed MRI and specialist consult quicker than I have ever gotten. He is no nonsense and gets the job done. Would recommend for any injury!!
Expert in Occupational Medicine; really cares about getting patients the treatment they need. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Best doctor I've ever seen. Really knows his stuff.
I never felt like someone didn't care about me more than here. See him every week and I couldn't feel anymore helpless/hopeless. Staff needs to be retrained. Dr tries to make you think what he does without considering how you feel.
