Took my phone to Dr FixIt thinking that I'd have to replace my charging port because it wasn't charging properly and I'd already tried cleaning it at home. Dr Fixit was very honest with me and told me that it did not need replacing but needed cleaning properly, and cleaned it in 5 mins, removing a wad of lint that I'd missed. It fixed the charging port problem and saved me money! Replacing the charging port would have cost 60-70 pounds but cleaning it only cost 15 pounds! Bad service
My 5 year old Samsung A70 was refusing to charge, in spite of me cleaning out the socket carefully. Went to see Roland on Monday- he gave me a fair price for a new charge board, after testing mine, and then said he'd fit me a new battery with no extra labour charge, when I asked how much. Advised using genuine Samsung parts rather than trying to cut corners. Messaged me on Tuesday, to let me know the parts hadn't arrived, and on Wednesday to say all fixed. My phone behaves like new! Top job Roland. Thank you.
Ronald did a fantastic job at fixing my phone, he was so knowledgeable and knew instantly that it needed a new screen. He was really quick and reasonably priced. My phone has gone unusable to working like brand new and is reliable- all my data ane phones were safe! Ronald was polite and professional and explained everything. Couldn't recommend him more and I know where to go if anything happens to my phone in the future. Thank you so much!
Worst customer service I have received in a long time. The man told me he’s simply not doing the job and not interested in it (seemed to be having a bad day) and proceeded to turn his back to me and walk away, instead of simply saying to me that he cannot facilitate what I am looking for. As I walked out, the man said “someone like you would park in front of his office, wouldn’t you” not sure what he meant by someone like you. Very brief and unpleasant experience.
