Purchased a MacBook Pro had issues with Touch Bar feedback. Offered an upgrade for a slightly higher price also offered warranty which is very nice to have for refurbished devices. Define 10/10
Phenomenal Experience with Dr Fix. I phoned 17 phone repair shops in Edmonton and Dr Fix had the lowest price to replace a shattered Apple Watch screen. Even with the lowest price I was given excellent and friendly service and next day repair. 100% recommend.
I have been a client of Dr. Fix for over 10 years now. I used to be reckless with my phones. I've broken many screens and dropped my phones in water too many times, but Dr fix did a tremendous job every single time fixing my phones. He is incredibly fast, honest, and his prices are reasonable. I bought a used phone a couple years ago for a good price from him, and it still works great. Very disappointed in the somewhat suspect business practice of using the old "bait and switch" to lure in customers. Today I made arrangements to purchase a mid 2015 MacBook pro that was listed on Facebook marketplace. We had an engaged communication and I followed through on my promises, used my limited time and my fuel to visit this location only to be presented with a MacBook pro that did not match the specs.
