I think this is a total scam. The office in Syosset is in one of those HQ offices where people rent a room or 2 as their office space. I went there and the person at the desk didn't even know what I was talking about. Granted, it turned out that the person was a sub for the day. So I went outside and made a call. Couldn't get through to the Dr. Drove around Syosset for 20 min trying to find the place. Eventually ended up at the original location.
