I had a great experience with D & R Electronix Cell Phone Repair. I brought in 2 iPads with cracked screens and Mark was a great help explaining the process, parts, and diagnosing all the wear and tear issues he saw with the two devices. One needed only the glass top protector and the other needed a new iPad screen plus a new top protector. The price quoted for the new iPad device screen was $259, which was the same as a quote I had rec’d in Boston (but hadn’t had time to complete there as I travel btwn both places). Just left there. Phone was fixed in an hour . I bought my screen replacement on Amazon and brought it with me . Price was fair and phone is like brand new again. Very pleased
I recently had an unfortunate experience with D&R Electronix, I NEVER leave reviews however my experience here was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. The customer service at D&R Electronix was incredibly disappointing. I initially brought in my phone for what was promised to be a two-week repair.
