My first visit to Dr. Eimers Hearing Clinic in Cheboygan was a good experience. The front office was prompt and helpful. I was pleased to meet with Dr. Sarah Pilkington who conducted the hearing test and evaluation. It was especially nice to meet her again (she had conducted my most recent test two years ago at Petoskey ENT). Dr. Eimer was great! She explained everything to me in a way I'd understand. She was great with my son. My son even said he had fun at his appointment. I highly recommend.

Emily at the front desk was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pilkington, like Emily, was very professional and friendly. She made me very comfortable with the process and all of her instructions were clear and concise. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
