Watching my partner deal with the doctor has been frustrating to say the least. It’s obvious that this doctor is not here for the patients. Referrals are not sent. There is no diligence to follow up on any request or phone message and we have been met with rudeness when we inquire about requests and referrals we have submitted over a year ago. Throughout our experience with this practice we have felt that the standard of care is abysmal and another reflection of the failing Canadian healthcare system

Great care, goes above and beyond to help. Does not hesitate to refer to a specialist. Kind, empathic, takes her time with you. I do not feel rushed.
