Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

She definitely pressured me to buy products, but I felt she truly thought it was in my best interest to buy them. She have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Dr. Penner answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
