Dr. Herndon is compassionate doctor , he has been treating my mother for several years now. i could not say enough good things about him and his staff.
DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT go to this Dr. There are better, more qualified Drs available. Office staff is completely incompetent not only in their day to day dealings, manners, or even a simple task such as returning phone calls with patients. Nothing worse than having a doctor Google search a condition in front of you. No bedside manners, very demeaning and arrogant to patients as if we were children. Caught Dr and Staff in numerous lies. Don't waste your time or money with them.
Dr. Herndon is down to earth, looks you in the eye when he talks to you, he let's you know without a doubt that he hears you, he sees you. He is honest and no games, he tells you like it is. He has always treated me with respect and very friendly. He uncovers every stone to determine what is wrong and delivers the best care to help me get back as healthy as I can be.
I was a patient of Dr. Herndon until he made a degrading remark to me at my June 1st visit. I wrote about my experience here last week, but of course it never made it where people could see it. That shows me that not only Dr Herndon doesn't care about his patients, but neither does Access Healthcare for letting him get by with treating his patients bad. I reported him and nothing was done about it.
Dr. Herndon is attentive during my visit, asking good follow up questions after I give information. He's knowledgable, thorough, friendly and professional as he monitors my health issues. Then he shares helpful suggestions for actions I can take improve my health.
Dr. Herndon is a fantastic doctor, I always feel he truly listens and takes the time to be sure my family's medical needs are met. His staff are always professional and when I arrive I feel very comfortable. I never feel rushed, as I had felt at other offices with other physicians. I truly feel that Dr. Herndon has my best interests in mind when he takes the time to listen and answer my questions. I truly enjoy having Dr. Herndon as a doctor.
