Dr. Slater has been one of the key factors to getting my health in order, specifically my gut health which was affecting my mental health. She takes the time to genuinely care about you and form an actionable plan. Definitely would recommend.

Dr Slater and Dr Tallman are phenomenonal practitioners. I came to them seeking an alternative to a microfracture surgery so I could get back on the rugby field. Approximately one year ago I injured my Meniscus with a partial tear. I tried to do the old rehab routine, also looked into surgery. I researched and found Dr. Slater online. I went in for a consultation, and so far I've had two Prolotherapy procedures done. I'm going for my PRP tomorrow December 2nd. All I can say, is that my knee is about 90% better!
