They don't even deserve a star. Very unprofessional staff. Dr. Durante put his unwashed hands to open my eye for a drop. They were rushing the eye exam and no time for the patient to ask questions. After the exam they advised my wife for a glaucoma test. She went for the second time and they found retina liquid in her eye. Dr Durante was rude and he said to my wife she would have to go to the emergency cause he didn't think she has money to pay for treatment he was very rude and instead of referring her to a specialist, they... read more
Cohens optical is by far the best eye doctor place I have been too, as far as fast service it’s much more then getting your eyes examined for being a doctors office and having an eyeglass lobby it’s far better then any other place that I have tried, Everyone was so kind and helpful and you can really tell each one in the office really cares about your needs and budgets! Thanks Dr. Durante and team you guys are amazing!
I have gone to Dr. Durante for the past 2 years. He is a quiet man who is passionate about helping people with their vision needs. One of the best qualities about Dr. Durante is he is to the point. He won’t sugarcoat things for you, but it’s always in the best interest of the patient. I can appreciate this as I need things put to me straight, not try and make me feel better. He isn’t a “one size fits all” kind of Dr. If something doesn’t work for a patient he won’t try and make it so just to sell you on something additional.... read more
Dr. Durante is one of the best optometrist I've gone to, very thorough with his exam. Staff is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Shawna was helpful in explaining the procedure I had. Many choices for glasses I ended up with 2 pair. I would recommend to my friends and family.
Had the best experience. Dr Durante made me glasses and I could see.had glasses from Stanton that were horrible. For 2 years couldn't see well and they couldn't get them righr.came to Cohen and Dr Durante got them right the first time and now I can see to drive read live.i am grateful
