If you're not going to see Dr Fennimore what are you doing for Eye Health? I've been going to Dr Fenimore for probably 25 plus years one thing I can tell you is I've never ever feel rushed I'm not just another way to generate money I feel that he's in it for my best care he always takes time to explain everything if you've got questions he's got answers he he makes you feel welcome and at home and to me that's everything I definitely give him A++++
The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. They made ordering new lenses and frames easy. They helped me choose frames and were very informative. I didn't feeled rushed at all and felt like I received a great deal. Thank you!
My son went in to pick up his glasses and took his little sister. She had no mask so they made her go outside. I was in the office earlier and saw a box of masks behind the counter. They could have given her one. She was scared. She called me up and was crying. They put her in a very dangerous position. I was going to make appointments for the rest of the family because my son's visit seemed to go well previously. No way now will I do that and I will tell everyone of our experience. Imagine putting a child in that position!!
