I'm a "senior" patient and wasn't sure if I'd learn anything new regarding my diet and nutrition. I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Chaudhary designed my needs to fit my physical, mental and emotional nutritional needs AND I haven't had to "give up" some of my favorite cravings. An appointment with her is uplifting and I learned no matter how old I am, I can learn something new! Highly recommend.
