Carol just lost 2 customers ,she charged a deductible, we have 0 When I called independent health they said 0 deductible. Then she called me back and said she charging anyway. SHE LOOKED HORNBURGER UP ON GOOGLE IT SAID HE WAS A SPECIALIST SO WHY DID THEY SEND UP TO A "SPECIALIST "TO GET THE CATARACTS REMOVED THEY JUST LOST MOM AND I AS A PATIENT .NO MORE NICKLE DIMING SEE YA after 20 yrs..
Highly recommend! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of frames to choose from. We have been going here for year’s. If you don’t have insurance coverage for frames they help you with a discount.
Great customer service. From the desk to Dr. Hornberger, everyone is always so nice.
Absolutely love the boston office. Myself and all my children go to this office and everyone is always so helpful and kind. Highly recommend them!
