Place was awesome!! In and out in 30 minutes.
Warning. Had new battery installed. It was a third party battery. At time of sale I was not made aware verbally that a third party battery would not allow phone to report battery condition. When later returning I was told “ you signed the form”. True. However, most customers do not read the forms are asked several times a week when making transactions. BUYER BEWARE. A customer oriented business would surely inform client first. ALSO WITH THIRD PARTY BATTERY, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO IN UPDATED AFTER NUMEROUS TRIES.
Dr. Cell Phones Tomball are the best! Excellent service from Julio. No one wants their cell phone to stop working but this happened to me. My phone was frozen! Julio immediately took my phone and fixed it. Also gave me some helpful advice. Will be sending many customers their way. Thank You Dr. Cell Phones.
