Dr. Lowder has helped me tremendously with balancing hormones, solving digestive issues, and overall getting me to feeling so much better. She has a terrific bedside manner and always makes me feel at ease, welcomed, and heard, and she thoroughly considers all my symptoms. I feel very lucky to have found her and I look forward to having her continue to be an integral piece in my health and well being.

Catie has been my primary medical practitioner since she started out as an acupuncturist and herbalist. Beyond general wellness and advice on diet, Catie has helped me at times with specific issues including digestive problems, headaches, skin conditions, chest pains and various musculoskeletal issues including back pain, a shoulder injury, a wrist injury and a strained psoas muscle. I've been seeing Catie for Acupuncture since May of 2022 and she's been great! She has wonderful bedside manner, always personable, friendly, and very attentive. Catie is super responsive to messages and has a very organized appointment system that makes scheduling very efficient. I highly recommend her services, she is always mindful of the areas of concern and will modify as needed.
Catie Lowder is one of God's gifts to humanity. Her skill, knowledge, humility, and visionary approach to healing was a true blessing to my life and I suspect the lives of many of the people lucky enough to have her as their acupuncturist.
