Terrible customer service. They will be at least 30mins late for each appointment and the person at the front desk isn’t helpful at all. No apologies or communication for when they’re late, they act like they don’t care. Came here twice and won’t be coming here again.
I can say from experience coming from Ulcerative Colitis background that's going on for more than 11 years. I wished I came here sooner and could had seen improvement more earlier. They take your money deposit and refused to answer calls and messages and happily take your money to avoid seeing you. They only see people that they know they can help. If you have a situation like mine where you have an advanced condirion with Ulcerative colitis. He isn't going to take any chance to see you so he won't get bad reputation and lower Success rate.
