I was in the Niles store this week with my mom who was having difficulty with her new lens. We had a fantastic experience as Michele, the manager, I believe, calmly, professionally, and patiently explained to us that mom had dry eye macular degeneration in both her eyes. She printed off the notes for us from the eye doctor and explained everything clearly about what we needed to do to help my elderly mom with her eye problems. The girls here are AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and ready to help. The eye exams are thorough and then when it's time to order glasses they actually listen to what you need and want. They take the time to get to know you and made some great recommendations like blue light that has really helped with my headaches at work! I ended up having one of their new virtual exams and I was really impressed with how fast I was able to get in and how smoothly it went.
