This diet saved my self-confidence. I was cautiously optimistic when I started this plan. However, SO IMPRESSED! I cannot stress the importance of GOING EVERY DAY! You paid good money, you want it to work, take FULL advantage of ALL aspects of the program - again, GO EVERY DAY!! YOU have to DO the work. It's not magic - YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE PLAN! Great staff at this location - Always super pleasant, everyone greats you when you come in the door. I'm going to miss their support when I'm done.
Staff is always great, I lost 17 lbs on the diet.
