Beware of This Office's Shady Practices I am extremely disappointed with the way this office handles patient deposits and customer service. I was scheduled for surgery and came in two weeks prior to sign the required paperwork, which included a policy stating cancellations must be made within a month to get a refund. The very next day, my insurance denied coverage, and I found out I would need to pay $12,000 out of pocket for the procedure.
