I got the anti-aging facial with Nicolette, and she was a little doll. She was knowledgeable and really attuned to my skincare wants and needs. It’s such a relief when you actually feel seen and listened to when you’re struggling with your skin. She was also so nice and funny and gave me great tips for maintenance. I was glowing afterward and looked and felt rejuvenated.
I went to the soho location as was paired with Nicolette. She started by offering me something to drink and sat with me to discuss my goals, as well as my concerns. She spoke at length as to what she recommended and why. I took her recommendation and she brought me into the facial room. In here, she made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Came to get an anti aging facial before an event, and was unsure how my face would react as I have sensitive skin. Nicolette was able to talk me through it and not only gave me a great facial, but also a relaxing experience. We talked about the products she used and I’m in love with the serum she picked out!
I had a facial here recently and can't stop thinking about it! My facialist Nicolette was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to help me choose which facial and products would be great for my skin, especially because I have psoriasis, rosacea, and get inflammatory acne. Really mixed experiences here had a facial with Lisa which was great. She was super kind and explained the whole process we really collaborated on products I had a great experience. Went today and saw Nicolette and it was awful the products she used were terrible for my skin type, nothing was absorbing because she didn't rub things in. I ended up asking her for a towel so I could wipe off dripping excess of the products before I left. She gave me a cold towel.
