I have very reactive, oily, acne prone skin so I am always scared to try new products but I decided to try out parts of the Dr. Sturm line a few months ago after seeing some of the educational videos she posted during the pandemic. I love this store and its products. Nicest sales people ever- and they are super knowledgeable about skincare! I’d give them 10 stars if I could, best skincare store in LA.
A couple days ago I bought your molecular hair repair mask and conditioner. While the conditioner is fine the hair mask you are selling is a complete scam! I used half of the container on my first use as it just rubbed away like water. The conditioner is thicker than the mask! How is that possible? How is it possible that your brand is a luxury medical grade line? Are all your reviews paid for? 5 stars? I don’t buy it!
